The cuisine of Córdoba is an expression of the different cultures who have shaped life in Córdoba, each of which has left its own mark. On this tour, we will taste several of these dishes. Olive oil, originally introduced by the Romans, is considered one of the fundamental ingredients of our diet which was later complimented by the products introduced by the Arabs. The Christians were responsible for the preparation of the meat, something which was restricted by other cultures. As such, this tour will allow us to taste a piece of each culture by eating a variety of renowned dishes, such as salmorejo, ham, cheese, bread with olive oil and wine.
